Heads up: The Studio City Recreation Center building at Beeman Park closed in September 2024 for a full rebuild, and no completion date has been published. The outdoor fields, tennis and basketball courts, and children's play area stay open throughout. Note too that the parking fee at the Wilacre Park trailhead for Fryman Canyon hikes has been reinstated.

The weekly regulars carry the calendar. Farmers Market Sundays, live music at the Velvet Martini, karaoke at Katie's Lounge, the open mics and Kids Club all run on their standing nights. Individual concert and comedy dates from the Tuning Fork, the Starlight and the Velvet Martini post a few weeks out at most, so the later months fill in as they are announced.
